EliteMobs
EliteMobs is an awesome plugin that adds even more of an RPG feeling to the game than mcMMO already does. Elite mobs have been disabled in the normal worlds due to some issues. There is a completely seperate world for elite mobs now where you can grind and even find the awesome bosses it offers but you'll have to buy permissions to the elite world through the admin shop.
After that, you'll be able to use /warp elite which will take you to a new, always night, no claims world full of elite mobs. Creepers can blow things up and fireballs will do the same. You can build a house and everything there just like in normal survival but please beware that there are basically no rules in this world. PvP is disabled though, the mobs are tough on their own already.
Make sure to turn on particles because elite mobs are highlighted by particles and check /ag to make sure you start at the highest rank currently available to you!
You can check your tiers with /em checktier where the threat tier determines the level of the elite mobs. The higher the threat tier, the higher the elite mobs' level!
Your tiers increase as you put on better armor and higher protection enchatments will bring this threat tier even higher. At some point vanilla armor won't cut it though especially after you've fought some elite mobs. They'll drop armor with elite enchantments highlighted in yellow, these are very good at boosting your threat tier some more and they'll protect from or damage elite mobs even more so definitely try those out! They can also drop weapons and tools with some awesome enchantments.

Elite Mobs as mentioned before will be highlighted with particles around them and as soon as you approach or hit them they'll reveal what level they are. Special particles have special meanings and elite mobs have way more health than normal mobs. Anvils for example mean that they got almost no knockback, emeralds mean they can poison you and much more, you'll figure that out over time.
Elite mobs also drop elite coins which can be used to buy things in the EliteMobs Shop or boost your guild rank which is explained further down this page. Your current balance can be checked with /em wallet. Elite coins can't be transferred into normal in game money or anything else, they'll always be a separate currency.
There's a special shop where you can sell all your EliteMobs items for elite coins and also buy some armor and weapons to get started. Simply use /em shop to open the shop and check it out. If you want to buy things it's probably nice to know that if you click on the little head on the top it rerolls the items.
I recommend selling everything you don't need but to keep some armor and weapons on you (or in a chest) so when you die with all "Curse of Vanishing" armor you're not left naked.
Once you've played for a while it's probably time to think about investing in your guild rank. This rank determines the loot as well as spawn rate of elite mobs but they're rather expensive to level up so save up some of those coins. You can check said rank and increase it (if you have enough elite coins) with /ag.
You can always take a lower rank but keep in mind that it will decrease spawns and loot.
If you ever happen to die you'll respawn in the EliteMobs world. Do not leave it yet!! You can use /back to get back to where you died and you can pick up everything that's left. After that you can use /home or whatever to get back to a safe spot. Alternatively to /back you can simply click on the text for your DeathChest which teleports you back. I suggest waiting a minute or so before you teleport because that usually causes the mobs to despawn so you can get there safe.
Events are randomly triggered every now and then and they'll usually be announced in chat. They can be meteors, special enemies and the likes. There might also be a button to track the location of the event so you can try and get there. Once you defeat whatever it might have been, you'll be rewarded with some awesome loot. But beware, the mobs can be really strong so be careful!
