2: install pip3
3: run pip install -r requirements.txt
4: download mozilla/geckodriver  from https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/releases/download/v0.28.0/geckodriver-v0.28.0-win64.zip
5: download or update firefox browser to version 82
download and install tor project and config like => https://boredhacking.com/tor-webscraping-proxy/
6: run python twitter.py
