* Update @tact-lang/compiler to 1.5.3 * Remove `masterchain` option from `tact.config.json` to let Tact's CI not fail because this feature will be removed in Tact 1.6 * Disable Souffle installation in CI because of an unmet dependency: > souffle : Depends: libffi7 (>= 3.3~20180313) but it is not installable
