There is much confusion from this and open issues still. See: - swagger-api#67 (comment) - swagger-api#95
"Version History" sounds passive as if it can be skipped and the module still work. "Version Support" looks more like required reading to get your version working.
Including the example from `swagger-samples` helps setup a lot.
