Part fan speed no 0% #145

Hi there.

Into the part fan speed section there're values from 10%-90% step 10%. But I don't find option to switch off 0% or full 100%.

Yes, i've already spotted this. It's already fixed on latest dev. Funny enough this works fine on the octoprint and bambu implementations.
