4edb467 Add nokia force_reboot_imm() method
7d511e7 Add dependency for IMM ungraceful reboot service
43a7594 Reduce traffic loss when the IMM reboots ungracefully

How to verify it

1. Login to Linecard to check the status of nokia-imm-ungraceful-reboot.service. It should be in the active state
