Adds an initialization step to the project.

The changes include:

1. Removing the "./ollama" reference in the kustomization.yaml file.
2. Adding a ClusterRoleBinding named "read-svc" in the rbac.yaml file for the "video" ServiceAccount in the "application" namespace.
3. Setting the "spoke-k8s-node-pool-gpu" variable to false in the terraform.auto.tfvars file.

The addition of the initialization step and the related modifications enhance the project's configuration and streamline the deployment process.
