refactor(screenshots.yml): replace custom arrow creation with pre-made images The custom arrow creation and manipulation steps in the screenshots.yml workflow were removed and replaced with pre-made images. This change simplifies the workflow and reduces the complexity of the code, making it easier to maintain and understand. The pre-made images are stored in the docs/img/overlays directory.
