chore(auto-pull-request.yml): add 'actions: write' permission and ref…

…actor steps for clarity

The 'actions: write' permission is added to the workflow to ensure that the GitHub Actions have the necessary permissions to execute. The steps in the workflow are also refactored for better readability and understanding. The 'pull-request' step is renamed to 'auto-pull-request' to better reflect its purpose, and the 'checkout' step is rearranged for better logical flow.
