This repo will allow us to make an environment dependency optional. It will improve build speed and images size since now we have several envs and every one requires its own binaries with browsers.
I tested it with some existent parsers, works well. I will attach corresponding PRs to other repos. Also created a list of improvements which should be done for this repo, but they can be done in separate PRs.
