Climate-resilience: All content uploaded and structure encompassed

I have added all content for the factsheets, introductory and integration pages.
In parallel, changes have been made to sidebar.ts to encompass the order of presentation agreed upon.

As a final note. The factsheet on AI (docs/climate-resilience/fact-sheets-cres/ai.md) does not still have the legal issues section filled out. As agreed, this still needs to be completed.

Hi,

and added a few technical fixes:

• Fix broken links (due to Clean the repo doc files #75 )
• There were some styling issues (most likely also because of the move from mkdocs to docusaurus).

I also saw that the overview in integration is quite hard to read for the moment. I think that we can leave it as is for the moment, but should open an issue to fix the layout one day...

As for the content I would propose @Maja4Dev to review for the moment.
