Fuzzy Baby

First release of the PQ/T/H tools for crypto-agility testing. The tool is meant to provide an easy way to generate PKIs that leverage different algorithms and paradigm. The provided example PKI parameters generate traditional, composite, and pqc chains and OCSP responses.

The project has the following dependencies:

• OpenSSL 3.2.x
• OQS Provider for OpenSSL
• libOQS
