This PR introduces an S3 client implementation for handling transaction details. The primary goal is to enable support for different storage providers, allowing greater flexibility and adaptability in storage solutions.

Key Changes

  1. Implemented an S3 client for managing transaction details.
  2. Added configuration options for integrating with different storage backends (e.g., S3-compatible storage).

Previously, the system was limited to a single storage solution(GCS), reducing flexibility and adaptability for diverse environments. By supporting S3 and other compatible storage providers, this update makes the system more scalable and versatile.
