Update comments on post_gen_project and models.py

ruff . no longer works, Ruff recommends that you use ruff check .. For models.py, I switched the from nautobot.extras.utils import extras_features to use the public nautobot.apps imports instead.

ChatOps cookie has its own post-gen file, would you please update that as well?

And check if models.py needs changing in ssot/chatops templates too.

The spot post-get and the models.py from both slot/chatops are symlinks to the Nautobot-app. I did update the post-get for chatops though.
