This PR is for the moj-fork branch.

Note:
The error below occurs when you run this on Apple silicon. Running in the application in a codespace for example will load successfully.

bundler: failed to load command: middleman (/usr/local/bundle/bin/middleman)
Errno::ENOSYS: Function not implemented - Failed to initialize inotify
