s3 Source for Aurora.js

Constructor takes a JSON object with parameters:

{
	a: [accessKeyId],
	ex: [epiryDate], //toUTCString
	res: [resourcePath],
	head: [headStringToSign],
	get: [getStringToSign]
}

Also added Asset.fromAWS and Player.fromAWS which take the same settings JSON.
