Added dynamic weather GIF feature for different weather conditions.
Description
This PR implements dynamic weather GIFs that change according to the current weather conditions (e.g., rain, summer, etc.) for a more immersive user experience. The background GIF updates based on the weather data received, improving the visual presentation of the weather forecast.
Added functionality to display different GIFs depending on the current weather (e.g., rain, sunny, cloudy).
Updated the Forecast component to dynamically change the background GIF based on weather data.
Created a mapping of weather conditions to corresponding GIF assets.
Enhanced the overall user experience with relevant visual cues matching the weather conditions.
