Updater rewrite

This update fixes a problem where the updater would stop working if:

1. A package has a description
2. An error message is present

For example, if composer outdated --direct -m shows this:

Since the updater checks the first word, and then keeps skipping 2 words everytime to check if there are versions present, the updater will try to update some words of the description, such as 'logs' or 'inboxes,'. This also messes up the packages that follow after.

This change also updates the changelog to show what versions are changed. The commit message will change from:
update wpackagist-plugin/woocommerce plugin
To;
update wpackagist-plugin/woocommerce [3.8.4 => 4.4.2]
