Adding .gexf and .html support to create standalone HTML file rendering the imports with Sigm.js, based on a Mathlib3 script by Eric Wieser.

Here's the latest Mathlib graph, produced with lake exe graph out.html:

You can download this zip and open the file out.html which is contained in there. This should be a stand-alone file just "working" out of the box:
