The
iadded to the style tag id in #13 solved some problems - but caused another: if one module is imported from multiple other modules it may be added as two style tags. This happens because one module may get two different identifiers: i.e.s-${id}-2ands-${id}-0.See this test case: https://github.com/alexanderchr/isomorphic-style-loader/blob/0533d1acc0fc1225fb1759854734091607f96be8/test/insertCssSpec.js#L69
