merge_cachi2_sboms: test with SBOM merged by us

Don't use the syft-merged SBOM as input for testing the merging of
cachi2 X syft SBOMs. Use the one merged by us.

Also add a test case for merging one cachi2 SBOM with multiple syft
SBOMs.

Check that the merged result includes the purl-less [email protected] component,
which previously wasn't present in the syft-merged SBOM.
