Allows users to set a volume override for each Minecraft sound category.
Also improves sound pausing when volume is set to zero, now only music type sounds are paused, while other sound categories are cancelled. This allows music to resume when resuming a play session, but e.g. a sonic boom from a Warden will not play its second half long after it happened because the user happened to switch window during it.
