This wallpaper can be downloaded from Google Play here.
To build the project, run git submodule update --init --recursive in the root project directory to download all of the submodules. Then import the contrib/ColorPickerPreference, contrib/HoloEverywhere/ActionBarSherlock/actionbarsherlock, contrib/HoloEverywhere/library, and contrib/HoloEverywhere/addons/preferences projects into Eclipse.
