V1.3 Installer

Attached is the installer for version 1.3 of the program, the database required for it and the source files. To install the program download the installer and run it. For any additional help refer to the wiki.

• Fixed UI bug
• Improvements to the trouble shooting tool

To update simply run the new installer again, this will replace the old version of the program. However, ensure you tell the installer to install into the same location
