Used GitPod on this PR, and launched this command :
java -jar plugin-modernizer-cli/target/jenkins-plugin-modernizer-999999-SNAPSHOT.jar dry-run --plugins vsphere-cloud --recipe UpgradeToRecommendCoreVersion
