This PR adds some tests of revocation, both via the "built-in"
Revocationmechanism, and via the explicitMembershipfeature.There is one straightforward test for each of those, and an additional one for
Membershipin which one Holder attempts to use the updatedMembershipWitnessof another Holder to circumvent removal of its member from the set.All tests pass.
