Short-circuit TX and RX before powering on at VTX side.
Power on VTX, VTX detects the sequence sent from TX on RX, and then initializes all parameters.
Wait 5 seconds and then power off. At this time, all parameters have been initialized.

Note: After connecting to FC again, channel/power may be configured by FC to something else.
