Change type of targeting_optimization_types

targeting_optimization_types comes from the API as a list<map<string,int>>, not map<string,int>

There are other objects that use targeting_optimization_types, I haven't tested these yet:

facebook_business/adobjects/adaccountdeliveryestimate.py
facebook_business/adobjects/adcampaigndeliveryestimate.py

Please advise if they need to be changed too.

Hello @mst. I'm experiencing the same issue. I found your solution correct however those files are auto generated in this project.
