Consistent colors, more plots

Changes:

• Plots are now colored based on the country
• Energy and mineral graphs. The data is based on the "minerals" and "energy" entries in the country's standard_economy_module and I do not know how accurate those are
• Comparison plots between different game databases

Historical Events Ledger and Galaxy Map

• Event Ledger: History ledger that shows information about wars and your leaders
• Interactive historical galaxy map that shows which country owned which system at any given time

  • a list of available games
  • the timeline graphs of the most recent game

    A darker design/theme with a color scheme more consistent with the game UI
    Steam workshop subscribers will be notified of future releases

Should be compatible with Stellaris versions 2.0 to 2.0.4.

Initial release

This version should be compatible with the program at the time of the initial announcement (March 24, 2018) and it should work with any databases created with that version.
