randomly sends quotes from discordianquotes to discord

currently scrapes quotes off of page requests to https://discordianquotes.com/random

dependencies:
	eris, axios, html-entities
	
usage:
	download and install deps or whatever
	`cp quotebot-config.js.example quotebot-config.js`
	edit the values for your channel id and bot secret
	`node quotebot`
