Modularization of mcollector

You can now enable different modules to extract information from input files. This is a CLI-changing release. Without any arguments mcollector behaves in the same way, but the default functionality was packed into two modules: automated keyword assignment value (AKAV) and keyword assignment value (KAV) module. The modularization makes mcollector highly extendable and you can easily write modules by yourself.
