WIP: Major Architecture Overhaul - Moving from Viewer to 3D Editor

This update brings substantial improvements to the backend architecture, transitioning the application from a basic viewer to a 3D editor. It introduces key design changes and lays a better foundation for ongoing development. Additionally, work on a 3D Gaussian Splatting viewer is underway.

This PR is primarily for testing workflows and ensuring these updates integrate smoothly.
