Version 0.0.0.5 Update

This update creates a configuration that now stores settings so you don't have to constantly guess. The other Major change is that this has in the background the framework for an updater system that is being built. Beyond that this contains other minor changes and tweaks.

Granted this version has been around now for a couple days. I am setting up release info to change the setup on the other site and make changes to the application itself.
