To select the craftsmen which should receive an email, these can be selected from a list. To help with the choice, helpful metrics (like last interaction, last time webpage opened) are provided. The email is constructed & formulated automatically depending on the situation the craftsman / manager are in (if its a remainder email or if new issues have been found since last interaction).
