Problem

solana_program::address_lookup_table imposes a solana_program dep in a few places

Summary of Changes

  • Move to its own crate and re-export for backwards compatibility
  • Make serde, bincode and bytemuck optional in the new crate
  • Remove thiserror and replace with inline impl
  • Don't include the re-export from solana-message in the new crate to reduce deps
