This PR add the MESSAGE_INTERACTION_TIMEOUT parameter under the BOT seccion of the config.properties
When the interaction timeout is reached the view clears all it buttons and refresh itself.
I have tried with timeout of several hours and the interactions keep working fine.
Added an config.properties.example for people that clone the repo instead of downloading the windows compiled release.
I also reformat the file so that it respects line spacing and maximun line lenght.
