MSVCR100.dll missing

Getting error message that MSVCR100.dll is missing. Tried finding various versions of that dll and pasting them into the T-Clock folder but that gets the error message: "unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

Another user had similar problem with MSVCR120.dll. Tried the solution suggested there but that didn't work either. ("MSVCR120.dll is not from 2022 VCR, but from vcredist 2013.") Downloaded and installed but T-Clock still doesn't work, alas.
