MSVCR120.dll is missing error #277

I have installed Redistributable 2022 x64 and x86 but it keeps giving me that error, I also tried downloading the dll online and importing it into the T clock folder but it gives a new error 0x000007b

MSVCR120.dll is not from 2022 VCR, but from vcredist 2013.
download the 2015-2022 package from microsoft https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
2013 link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
