Add Copper Connect Wallet Extension
What's done:
☑️ Added wallet under /src/lib.
☑️ Added a class which implements Wallet (extends BaseDotsamaWallet)
☑️ Added the wallet instance in supportedWallets array in libs/wallets/src/lib/wallets.ts
☑️ Added instance into test-dapp
