OC 0.8.2 for macOS Monterey/Ventura

• Update to OC 0.8.2
• Updated Kexts: Lilu, Whatevergreen, AppleALC, VirtualSMC
• Added SecureBootModel again: j185f for iMac20,2 and j137 for iMacPro1,1
• Added LSPCON Support for the iGPU in the iMac20,2 for Display config. This should enable proper HDMI 2.0 and DP over HDMI support.
• Update for Intel I225-V Ethernet: With macOS Ventura are some changes necessary to get the I225V working. Bootarg e1000=0 instead of dk.e1000=0 (macOS Big Sur). Added a SSDT-I225V.aml and the AppleIntell210Ethernet.kext.
