The dmd and dub packages are quite far behind their latest versions. Maybe consider automating package updates? https://chocolatey.org/docs/automatic-packages

They mention that the whole process can be completely automated using AppVeyor, which sounds quite appealing to me! Unfortunately I don't know much about chocolatey, so I can't just implement it and make a pull request.
