please update to latest release

The current version 2.096.0 has a problem that prevents my windows builds from working. Please update to use the latest stable, or better yet automate regular builds that ensure chocolatey can always install the latest stable release

Also noted this when installing to another Windows machine:

Download of dmd-2.096.0.exe (30.82 MB) completed.
Hashes match.
Installing dmd...
dmd has been installed.
ERROR: The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Cannot find path 'C:\D\dmd2\windows\bin64' because it does not exist.
Environment Vars (like PATH) have changed. Close/reopen your shell to
 see the changes (or in powershell/cmd.exe just type `refreshenv`).
The upgrade of dmd was NOT successful.
Error while running 'C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\dmd\tools\chocolateyInstall.ps1'.

created PR #11 for updating to 2.105.2. @PxlBuzzard if this repo is no longer being maintained would it be possible hand ownership to https://github.com/dlang-community/ and allowing the D community to take over the publishing of packages: https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/community-repository/maintainers/package-maintainer-handover

Are the merged changes awaiting a manual deployment or is it some approval process? Perhaps it's worth setting up some ci so that the update is triggered when a change is merged to main as per #6 (a GitHub Action should be fine).

I don't mind doing a PR for setting up a workflow but you'd need to have a secret in the repository settings for the API key
