This PR adds functionality to redirect users to the homepage when they click on the website name or logo.
Changes:
1.Updated the tag around the website logo/name to link to the homepage (/).
2.Modified the header component to enable navigation back to the homepage on click.
This improves user experience by making the website's navigation more intuitive, allowing users to quickly return to the homepage from any page by clicking the logo or site name.
