Core: Main Framework Settings

The main framework settings are found under the Mission Framework folder on the main 3den menu.
The Enable Framework setting controls whether the framework is activated for this mission. It is defaulted to false so only missions made with MMFW will activate the addon's functions in order to prevent breaking older missions and missions not using the MMFW.
Mission Type is a setting that is not currently used and only designates the mission maker's intent for the mission.
