Descomprime Archivos obtenidos por Veloview, selecciona una muestra y los guarda en el formato Point Cloud Data PCD

Installation:

$ sudo apt update

$ sudo apt upgrade

$ pip install numpy

$ pip install pandas

$ pip install python-csv

$ pip install pypcd

$ pip3 install --upgrade git+https://github.com/klintan/pypcd.git

$ pip install pprint

Example:

$ python Veloview-PCD.py --help

$ python Veloview-PCD.py -i iValue
