Je propose la modification suivante au script de mise à jour de Noethysweb, elle permet l'utilisation du serveur Gunicorn sans activer l'option reload automatique, ce qui améliore les performances.
J'y ait joint le fichier de configuration que gunicorn charge automatiquement pour que ça fonctionne.
Je me suis aussi permis de mettre à jour le README.md pour expliquer l'installation avec Gunicorn mais aussi mettre à jour les commandes pour utiliser un virtualenv.
Si je suis allé trop loin dans mes modifications ou s'il y a des adaptations à faire pour que ça convienne au projet n'hésitez pas à m'en faire part ! :)
