Initial Release

'Beast from the East' as of August 2018 in the RLBot Tournament + a few fixes and updated appearance.

For strategy it uses utility theory (sometimes AI response curves) which it does pretty well, however, while it excels at positioning and front aiming it currently never jumps (so no dodges or aerials).
