In case you download the ELF you also need to add the data directory to your CDI image
with padding; ./tools/mkdcdisc -e celeste.elf -d data -o celeste-dc.cdi
without padding; ./tools/mkdcdisc -e celeste.elf -d data -o celeste-dc.cdi -N
celeste-dc.cdi is the original size use that for emulation
celeste-dc_maxpadding.cdi more compatible with DiscJuggler and burning to disc -> Advanced Mode 2 2048 RAW
