COIGAN V1.0.0

This release is the repository state at the end of my thesis project, it's not a complete work, but it's a milestone on the path to creating a framework for the augmentation gan based for segmentation datasets.
In this repository, I release the model I trained most recently, and longest (190000 batches), corresponding to the actual configurations in the config files at the current commit.
