Fully constructs an Illagers+ Multipart Structure.

Syntax: /illagersplus constructFullMultiStructure <x> <y> <z> <rotateNone|rotate90|rotate180|rotate270>

Argument	Values	Description
<x>	int	The x coordinate of the player
<y>	int	The y coordinate of the player
<z>	int	The z coordinate of the player
<rotateNone|rotate90|rotate180|rotate270>	string[rotation values]	The rotational value(clockwise)
